Sessions at Kelvin Grove Sports Club with full access to gym equipment. Ideal for strength work, conditioning and structured programmes.

Location:

Kelvin Grove Sports Club, Campground Road, Newlands. Easy access from Rondebosch, Claremont, Newlands and Mowbray.
